We’ve all been there. You’re just going about your day as normal, when suddenly, BAM! A chocolate craving smacks you in the face. It then gets stuck to your face. And you can’t shake it off until you shove some chocolate into your face.
But this chocolate craving is no fool. You can’t make it go away by eating a piece of fruit. You can’t trick it by scoffing a smoothie.
Nope, it’ll ONLY be satisfied if you give into its constant begging for sugary, rich, unhealthy chocolate.
Unless you pretend it’s sugary, rich, unhealthy chocolate – something that tastes so deliciously indulgent that even the chocolate craving will be fooled.

You don’t need an ice cream maker, you don’t need cream, and you don’t need sugar.
This recipe requires: 1 carton of coconut cream (or a tin of coconut milk, placed in the fridge for a few hours), cocoa powder, honey, milk, a bowl, a spoon, a freezer, and 5 minutes (plus 2 hours for it to freeze). Oh, and someone to eat it of course! [Hint: That’s you😋]
WARNING: It will take absolute self-control to resist eating the chocolate mixture straight from the bowl before you freeze it [It will be worth the wait, as the ice-cream itself is even better, I promise!]
