This Healthy Mocha Frappuccino is so delicious that you wouldn’t know it’s somewhat good for you! Containing 2 tbsp of only natural sugars and hiding a whole banana, this is the perfect drink to start your day!

Let’s say you’ve just woken up. Light is streaming in through the window, and you get out of bed, ready to start the day!
Well, that’s how it should be in theory. But if it’s 6am and you’ve got a day of school or work ahead of you, it’s going to be more like: a dull light fills the room, blinding you as you force your eyes open and attempt to drag yourself out of bed.๐
But what if you had something to look forward to? Something that would give you an incentiveย toย rush to the kitchen the moment you woke up. How about this?
Perhaps aย Healthy Mocha Frappuccino?
Aย smooth, thick and creamy, refreshing coffee topped with chocolate sauce? Definitely something worth rushing to the kitchen for.
Before you begin to worry that this may not be the healthiest choice of drink, think again. This Mocha Frappuccino contains a whole banana, and can be sugar free if you decide not to add the optional 2 tspย of honey (or maple syrup)! Even if you do add the honey/maple syrupย –ย which would takeย the over-all sugars up to justย 30g – it’s still natural sugar, giving you health benefitsย [honey, maple syrup].

Can you believe that a whole banana hides in such an indulgent Starbucks-style drink? Also, instead of whipped cream, I used whipped coconut cream, which has higher protein, dietary fiber, a lot less sodium, a lot more vitamin C and iron, as well as zeroย cholesterol. Coconut cream has many other health benefits, boosting the healthiness of this healthy mochaย frappuccino even further!
So go ahead – take 5 minutes to whip up this refreshingly delicious mocha frappuccino! Either make it up the night before and leave it in the fridge to thicken overnight, or freeze the banana an hour or so before, to ensure a thick and creamy coffee beverage!

It tastes so nice. I am here typing this while drinking it. It tastes like coffee but it doesn’t over power the drink. I definitely recommend it. ๐ XD.
